Tenant data isolation isn't an afterthought - it's built into every query, every API route, every middleware check. Each workspace is completely separated at the database level.

We don't use AI as a buzzword. Every AI feature in ANJCRM has a clear job: score leads more accurately, draft follow-ups faster, surface insights that would take hours to find manually.

How we got here
Datclo Systems founded. Initial research into gaps in existing real estate CRM tools.
First internal prototype — lead management and deal pipeline with multi-tenant architecture.
Added mortgage module, buyer management, and MLS sync. Beta program with 3 brokerages.
AI integration (Claude-powered lead scoring, follow-up drafts, CMA narrative). 50+ active workspaces.
E-signature, drip campaigns, open houses, and client portal launched. PWA for mobile.
Enterprise plan, SSO, custom subdomain, and white-label options. 200+ active workspaces.
ANJCRM v5 — full automation engine, Google Calendar sync, HR module, and expanded AI.
